First Appeared: Eros appears in the Prologue chapter of the November 1976 issue of Sanrio’s Lyrica Magazine.
Eros (エロス Erosu) is the son of Venus, who helps try to separate Unico from Psyche. Since he is the god of love, he uses his arrows to make Psyche fall in love with an ugly beast, but hits her and himself thanks to Unico. He then falls in love with her and cannot do any more.
Physical Appearance
In the manga, Eros has red hair and wears a golden toga with his quiver of arrows on his back. In the 1979 short, he would have had brown hair and a white toga.
Personality
Eros is carefree and follows his mother’s orders, even when he finds them silly.
